with all the amenities of comfort. Situated along the famous Candolim
beach, its close proximity to the beach makes it the ideal place
to spend time, 'Sun tanning' by the beach. Alternatively you could
enjoy the serenity in the shade of swaying palms by the pool side
restaurant 'Boa Cozinho' serving Goan and continental cuisine.
Accommodation
Our rooms are truly spacious and are available in four options
spread across the resort. Each room has its private terrace, which
overlooks either the pool, the lawns or the many little flower gardens.
You will find it ideal for reading or to simply laze in the magical
Goan atmosphere.
Dona Alcina Resorts: With 140 rooms on offer, the resort is the
larger of the two. Along simple design lines for the discerning
guest, most rooms are double with an ensuite bedroom. Sleeping options
include queen size and twin beds.
Hotel Dona Terezinha: Our 110 rooms have a large studio layout with
vibrant colours. Sleeping options include queen size and twin beds.

and Oriental cuisines, and of course some truly delicious Goan food.

Dona Alcina Resorts has three restaurants and one bar as well as
the lawns on which cocktail and dinner parties are held on request.
Boa Cozinha: Located by the poolside though indoors, this
multi-cuisine restaurant offers a large menu serving snacks, Goan,
Continental, Indian and Chinese cuisines. Open all day, the Boa
Cozinha is the venue for the breakfast buffet. With a pool table,
a large TV and an attached bar - the Blue Curracco – this casual
restaurant it is a popular hangout.
Blue Curracco: Enjoy chilled beers and drinks at our open
air poolside bar and café with lovely large sun umbrellas in the
day. The menu is mainly Continental snacks and juices.
By night, the Blue Curracco comes alive with our trademark theme
parties, dances, barbecues and food festivals.
Pinnochio: An air-conditioned venue on the first floor, the
Pinnochio hosts medium-sized parties and meetings. The menu is custom-made
to each event. It is also an a-la-carte speciality restaurant open
only from 19:00 to 23:00 hrs, daily.

We are also the only resort in our category from Baga to Candolim
to have an indoor conference facility. Serviced by an experienced
and friendly team, we offer 4 very versatile venues, the latest

and superb deals on in-house programmes.
Pinnochio: The air-conditioned Pinnochio is a specially designed
conference and meeting hall. The first floor venue which can seat
up to 200 delegates in theatre-style (65 in U-shape), has integrated
presentation facilities and can be integrated with the latest audio-visual
technology. It has excellent ancillary services such as organiser’s
private space, natural and variable lighting, an independent pantry
and bar, toilets and dedicated parking.
Rooftop: Overlooking the pool, the open air rooftop can seat
150 invitees. Ideal for evening and night parties, the rooftop is
popular for small family gatherings.
Poolside: The Blue Curracco makes a charming dinner setting
with light from the tall palm trees reflecting of the calm pool
water and candle lamps lit on each table. Very popular for cocktail
parties, the poolside can accommodate up to 200 invitees. A live
band and the dance floor will bring the night alive.
Lawns: For a big event of up to 800 people, the large lawns
when combined, is the venue for you. The tall palms and the beautiful
hedges are excellent for décor and mood lighting.
Recreation
There are tonnes of fun to be had at Dona Alcina Resorts and Hotel

Sunbathing: The open poolside is the best place in the resort

lawns in the filtered sun streaming through on the palm-shaded lawns.
