Tourist looking for peace and want to distress,
should head to Keri beach, the perfect place for peace of mind. It is
one of the least frequented beaches on the northern most extreme of
Goa's coast. Keri is in Pernem taluka, 28 km from Panaji. Tourist can
take a taxi or a bus from Panaji to reach the beach, with the cool air
on your face or just bask in the sun and enjoy feni. Not much adventure
sports happening here, excepting long walks during picnics.
At low tide you can enjoy long walks on the beach but when the tide
falls it's better to avoid the tiracol river. There are some eating
points here where you can get great sea food. Few shacks and guest
houses are available here.
